Preface: I'd been trying to get to Cambodia for several years now but the planets never seemed to align on previous trips to SE Asia.

All good on the dumpage front (so far). Vietnam is streets ahead these days. It'll catch-up though. I see a lot of new turnkey operations starting up around Phnom Penh and the bigger centres so O/S investment seems to be booming. The Koreans and Japs seem to be the biggest investers and tourists for that matter.

They tell me December-Jan is the time to be there. Magnificent place. Enjoyed Siem Reap immensly.
